Does your income level combined with that of the members of your household and/or your spouse make it impossible for you to afford to hire an attorney to help you? Note that income and financial status verification through tax returns and other objective means will be conducted by CPAR on applicant and all members of her or his household. If you believe that you meet the criteria to receive free or low cost legal services for a sports-related issue, complete the information request below and pay the application fee indicated. If you are under the age of 18 years old, please have your parent or legal guardian provide the information requested below.
